Lantern Hollow
★★★★★ 4.6
Lantern Hollow is a quiet adventure game about wandering a misty village and slowly figuring out what happened there. You tap to move, examine objects, and piece together a story that unfolds through notes and little conversations. It's atmospheric in the best way.
The puzzles are woven into the world rather than dropped on top of it, so solving one usually means understanding the place a bit better. Nothing here is punishing — it's more about curiosity than challenge. I played most of it in the dark with headphones and it was genuinely lovely.
Everything runs offline, and the game is short enough to finish over a weekend but memorable enough to think about afterward. If you want something with mood over mechanics, start here.
